This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect when you use LifeStory AI at lifestory.my, how we use it, and how we keep it secure.

• Data We Collect: We collect your email address for account management and video delivery, the images you upload for video generation, and usage data (such as pages visited, device and browser details, and IP address) collected through cookies and similar technologies.
• How We Use Data: We use your images solely to generate the requested video using third-party AI providers (for example, Kling and Google Gemini). We use usage data to operate, measure, and improve the site and our advertising.
• Analytics and Cookies: We use analytics, advertising measurement, and session-recording tools, such as PostHog, Meta Pixel and Conversions API, and Vercel Analytics. These tools may set cookies and record how you use the site.
• Payments: Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy. We do not see or store your card details.
• Security: We use industry-standard encryption and security practices to protect your data.
• Retention: Your images and finished videos are currently kept so you can re-download your video and so we can provide support. We do not currently delete them automatically on a fixed schedule. You can ask us to delete them at any time by emailing support@lifestory.my.
• Third Parties: We send your images to AI processing partners only to generate your video; their handling of that data is governed by their own terms. We do not sell your data to third parties.
