Welcome to LifeStory AI. By using our services at lifestory.my, you agree to the following terms:

• Service Description: LifeStory AI provides AI-generated video evolution services based on user-provided images.
• User Content: You retain ownership of all images you upload. You grant us a temporary license to process these images solely to generate your video.
• Data Retention: Images are stored for 30 days to allow for re-downloads or technical support, after which they are permanently deleted.
• Refunds: Due to the high computational cost of AI generation, we provide one free regeneration for technical quality issues. If no usable result is produced after regeneration, a refund may be provided. Limit: one claim per order within 7 days.
• Limitation of Liability: LifeStory AI is provided "as is". We are not responsible for the emotional impact or accuracy of the AI-generated content.
